Can Gubau

This was the headquarters of the Anglès Republican Centre. It is a corner building on Plaça de Catalunya and features a second, two-storey volume. The main body of the building is crowned with a balustrade interrupted by pedestals and vases. Its decoration is eclectic, with false arches resting on pairs of columns with Corinthian capitals. It is currently a café.
